AAPI Kitchen | Bếp Cộng Đồng

AAPI Kitchen is an initiative aims to enhance food access and cultural nutrition for seniors, individuals with limited mobility, and those who are financially challenged. By providing nutritious, culturally-appropriate meals, AAPI Kitchen seeks to increase convenience, improve quality of life, and reduce food waste.

By collaborating with local restaurants and receiving support from Santa Clara County, AAPI Kitchen aims to promote healthy living and foster community resilience.

We are currently partnered with two local restaurants, Sizzle Spot Restaurant and Nam Giao Restaurant. In the future, we plan to expand our partnerships to include more local restaurants, allowing us to offer a greater variety of menu selections to community members.
